Our company has more than 20 years of experience in making educational toys and stationery OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer). During this long period, we have cooperated with many Chinese factories, however nearly all of them are far from satisfaction: some are lacking in the R & D capability or OEM experience, while the others don’t have a professional foreign trade personnel. It was not until 2013 when we finally had the chance to work with Teko, this company meets all the demands we’ve asked for. In September 2012, a customer from Italy placed us a big and very urgent order of play dough,with valued 400,000 US dollars(15pcs 40”ft H.Q. Containers); From the inquiry to the investigation of our factory, it only took 2 days and 3 emails,this order was made for the Christmas sales, so all the products should had been delivered to the destination port before the 10th of December. Later we acknowledged that the customer had talked to many Chinese factories and investigated two of them, but none of those manufacturers met his demand. When he finally made his decision, the time he left for us was only 32 days which almost was a mission impossible for the whole process from the raw material purchase to the final goods delivery. After seeing the customer off, our boss immediately decided to add two more automatic assembly lines, and he notified all the suppliers involved in the product asking for the strict delivery time of the semi-finished products. So as to the limited 20 days of manufacturing, we mobilized two plants and all the employees of 8 factories, and thanks to the day and night unstopped work, almost every night everyone stayed up until 11 P.M. ,we successfully completed this difficult task. In the final payment balance, the customer gave us an extra 3,000 US dollars.

In the winter of 2009, a new customer from the U.S.A. Placed an order for puzzle building blocks and the total amount was 35,000 US dollars. It took about a month from placing order to the product delivery and everything went well without a problem. But just when this customer began to sell those blocks, he found that almost 30% of the packaging PE bags were broken. After receiving his email, our experts immediately convened a meeting to study why such problem occurred. Through many tests we finally found out the reason: the PE bags would broke under the cold weather and the local temperature of our customer was extremely low. To solve this problem, we made 30,000 anti-freeze PE bags within 10 days in the quickest way and sent it to him. He was so touched and said: “your company is very responsible and we trust you so much because we know you will always be there if something unexpected happens.” Since then, we developed a deeper business relationship between us.
